Weekly/Nightly Rates 2023
Peak Season	(March - October)	£80 p.n. / £525 p.w.
Low Season	(November - February)	£68 p.n. / £450 p.w.
Fuel surcharge during the Low Season: £30 per week/part-week Christmas/New Year 2023/2024 (18th December 2023 – 3rd January 2024) £80 p.n. (no weekly reduction). Wholefood Continental Breakfast can be provided for Kites’ Nest visitors at an additional charge of £11.95 per person. Click here for breakfast menu

Subject to availability, bookings for short breaks are welcome.

All prices include towels, linen, electricity and central heating when applicable.

All bookings are confirmed by a payment of a £50 deposit, (made payable to D. Steel), the balance to be paid a month before arrival date.
